Facility rental includes use of facilities, restrooms, basic lights, and basic sound system. Does NOT include use of any other facilities within WOMPA outside of the Black Box with the exception of restrooms or the ATC office, when coordinated with ATC

Additional Fees:

Lighting Technician              $250

Sound Technician                  $250

Cleaning Fee                            $100*

* Should Facility not be left in clean condition after use, the fee will be charged to the Renter. Renter may opt to pay this fee to avoid cleaning after their event.

Discounts:

Non-profits receive a 25% discount

Alcohol:

Alcohol may be sold within the Black Box premises ONLY by a licensed alcohol vendor. Renter takes full responsibility for the actions of its guest and vendors.

If serving alcohol, one of the following must apply:

 

Alcohol is served for a fee or at a cost per drink. Renter has a current liquor license or has a Vendor with a current liquor license. Vendor name and proof of licensure will be required. Formal alcohol awareness training. (Provide proof of licensure).

Attendees intend to bring their own alcoholic drinks for their own consumption. No alcohol will be sold.
